Who this course is for
This course is for anyone pre or post-op who wants to learn more about sports nutrition.
Taking the time to learn about proper fueling and re-fueling for exercise helps troubleshoot some common pain points along the bariatric journey like: fear of carbohydrates, lack of meal balance and feeling full too quickly.
